After an initial free site survey, our SiteCare team will provide a report outlining exactly what needs to be done to bring the client’s systems to a reliable and robust position.

As long as the client follows the advice in the report, SiteCare will provide 24/7 support for the entire infrastructure and applications for £20 per user, per month (excluding VAT).

If additional hardware or software is needed to bring systems up to date, it can be financed over 12 to 36 months, allowing clients to fix IT costs for that period.

  • unlimited telephone and remote support
  • regular, on-site maintenance days.

We monitor your systems constantly, using state of the art software, which alerts our central helpdesk system immediately if anything falls outside accepted parameters. At this point, one of our qualified engineers will take corrective action, keeping you updated by email and telephone.

We guarantee to answer calls immediately and to offer an initial resolution in 15 minutes. In a critical server down scenario, we will be on-site in two hours and if we fail to meet these deadlines, we will provide a month’s support free.

Our service includes a dedicated team to take care of you, including an IT manager, a client advocate, and skilled engineers. In effect, we take total ownership of your IT systems, giving you stress-free IT, so you can concentrate on running your business.

What we cover

  • For PCs, we cover Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, and 7, Ubuntu and Mac OS.
  • For servers we cover Windows Server 2003, 2008, SQL, Exchange, IIS, ISA, Citrix and VMware.
  • For applications, we cover all versions of Microsoft Office, Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage Payroll, Access Accounts, Pegasus and SAP Business One. We can cover any other business application by agreement.
  • For mobile devices, we cover iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android, and iPad. For key users, we also cover remote support at home and on the road, in addition to support in the office.

Our fees

We support all your IT infrastructure and applications, including servers, for a fixed fee, based on the number of users of your system, at a rate of:

  • £20 per user per month (excluding VAT).
