Partner to Offer Expert Budget Advice

Milsted Langdon partner Simon Denton will once again be taking to the airwaves after the forthcoming 'emergency' Budget to offer his views on the measures announced and their potential impact on businesses and individuals in the area.

He will be appearing on 10Radio, a community station covering Wiveliscombe and the surrounding area, on Wednesday, June 23 from 5pm, as part of its regular 'Somerset is Go!' strand, which focuses on how local firms are fighting back against the recession.

He made his debut on the same station after the previous Budget in March and proved such a hit with listeners that he was invited back as a regular contributor to the show.

On this occasion, he will be joined by fellow partner, and director of Milsted Langdon Financial Services, Steve Horton.

Simon said: "This will be an interesting Budget, as the government has to balance the need to tackle the deficit without damaging the economic recovery.

"We know that taxes will almost certainly go up, and it will be my job to talk listeners through how this is likely to affect them and what they can do to minimise the negative effect of any changes."
