New Arrivals At Milsted Langdon

West Country-based chartered accountancy firm Milsted Langdon is welcoming a number of new recruits to its team this summer, continuing the expansion that has been taking place throughout the year.

Lorraine McMahon recently joined the firm as Human Resources manager – a new position which will see her work in the firm’s Taunton office on a part-time basis, after working as a self-employed HR consultant for the past six years.

Andrew Wilson has joined the tax department in Yeovil as a tax senior, having previously worked for HM Revenue and Customs.

And James Lambert has joined the Taunton office as a senior support consultant at Milsted Langdon’s IT Consultancy Redcliff Solutions, offering support to clients on various IT-related issues including security, disaster recovery and document management. He previously worked in similar roles for local solicitors firms Beachcroft LLP and TLT LLP and MITIE Group plc.

Next month will see further new arrivals, with five accounting trainees set to start work on 6 September. Stacey Jest will be joining the team in Bristol, Gemma Potter will be working in Yeovil and Sam Phillips, Naomi Mitchell and Alex Nawrat will be based in Taunton.

The firm also recently welcomed two work experience students to its offices in Taunton and Bristol, providing the individuals concerned with a valuable insight into the accountancy profession.
